Wedding Video and Photo Editor

I run a video and photo company that needs help editing. We've been around 3 years now and building a solid reputation locally here with other vendors and venues. My major issue is I need more time to sell. I'm editing 4 days a week when I should be selling most of those days to get more weddings to make us more money. I need someone to help free me up and do what I need done the way I need it done. I'm hoping to find a female editor as females tend to love weddings and details a bit more than men.

This year we shot 20 weddings for video and a few for photography. This coming year we already have 10 on the books and 8 or those are photo and video combo.

The ideal candidate would be as follows:
Female
Freelance
Be able to cull photos (pick the best ones)
Know how to work Adobe Premiere
Know how to work Adobe Lightroom
Able to upload to Instagram and/or Facebook (this would be future as we get to know each other)

Don't have to be proficient with Adobe products but able to do the simple stuff. Pay is negotiable with abilities etc. If you're just starting out we'll discuss pay as I work with you to get you up to speed with our style.
