Amazon General VA for Seller Central

We are looking for Full Amazon virtual assistant to help our clients with the daily operations of their Amazon business. The virtual assistant should have a lot of Amazon experience. Please only apply if you have experience with popular tools such as helium10.

Example of tasks you should be familiar with:

– Making sure products are live and fix if it’s suppressed
– Fixing Stranded Listings
– Removing Unfulfillable Inventory
– Monitoring and Tracking Inventory and Sales (Weekly and Monthly Basis)
– Creating single-use codes and group codes
– Managing and Creating Shipping Plans
– Inventory Management/Tracking
– Coordinating with Seller Support when issues beyond my control arise
– Creating listings and listing optimization
– Product Uploads (Manual Upload and Flat Files)
– Creating a case for contributions that did not push through and follow up with Amazon regarding its status.
– Updating Listings (backend)
– Basic Keyword Research
– Monitoring hijackers
– Monitoring Performance Notifications and Seller Feedback on all accounts
– Reimbursement Request
