Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a remote position.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties includes, but not limited to:
? Handle in/outbound calls and e-mails.
? Execute excellent customer service via chat support with online customers
? Resolve product or service problems, queries and negative feedbacks in a positive and professional way at all

times. You are
? Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

You qualify if you can:
? speak and write English well
? have great communication skills
? able to multitask between computer software applications
? have excellent phone manners
? work well under pressure
? diligent and committed to work

Requirements:
? Customer service experience will be an advantage but not required
? Candidate must be at least High School graduate
? Based in USA, Canada or Australia
? Fast internet connection IS A MUST
