They are looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant based in their Quezon City office who will be reporting to the Accounting Manager. Vessel accounting and ShipNet experience is a definite plus.

The key responsibilities in the role are, but not limited to:

Local Accounts –

o Reporting monthly accounts to Corporate
o Monthly reconciliations
o Daily bookings
o Payments and cash control
o Prepayments/Accruals
o Inter Company reconciliation
o Other reporting
o Budgeting
o Documentation

OPEX Accounts –

o Daily bookings
o Monthly reconciliations
o Payments and cash control
o Prepayments/Accruals
o Owners Account
o Budgeting
o Documentation
