JOB OVERVIEW

The Chrome Lot automotive photography photo editor will take a large batch of unprocessed jpg images, and use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to:

- Cull the images, removing all duplicates or bad shots
- Crop, straighten, color correct, and exposure correct images
- Use lightroom’s color flagging feature to flag images that violate our shooting standards
- Sort all images into Lightroom collections by car, and sort those collections according to editing standards
- Export, and send us the edited folders of photos, as well as all flagged images with comments

Requirements:

- A basic understanding of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- A fast enough computer to run Lightroom efficiently (You will be processing around 2000 images a day)
- A high-speed internet connection that will allow for video chat training, as well as daily download of up to 5GB of files for work.
- The ability to work a shift starting at 9PM CST and ending at 5AM CST

Onboarding Process

- You will submit your application, and will receive a test assignment which will include some basic training materials, and some exercise files to process.
- If chosen for the position, you will be put through a full training curriculum that will introduce you to the basics of editing photos for Chrome Lot. Upon completion, you’ll receive some additional coaching via video chat before you start production work. After that, you’ll be off to the races!

Bonus pay is available if you are able to get especially high volumes of work done
