CPA to work for Australian Accountant

I need a CPA who has experience in Australian Taxation before to work with an Australian Accounting firm.
Of course using software such as xero, quickbooks etc is a must. We are looking for a long term partner to help this accounting firm grow so a strong work ethic is required..
Someone based in Cebu or willing to relocate to Cebu is preferred but not essential.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
