Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator

Required Technical Skills :
- Must be an excel wizard. Pivot Tables, Developing complex Cost Reporting Spreadsheets etc
- Measuring and Estimating Costs from drawings/ information quickly and accurately
- Understanding of CESMM4: Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement (or similar).
- Can understand and navigate a contract
- Organised and can handle requests from multiple clients.

Following Skills would also be highly regarded:
- Primavera P6 - Updating schedules with Delay Impacts
- Preparing EOT & Disruption Claims for Contractors
- Confidence to speak and email the client directly

You must also meet the following criteria:
- You must have a PayPal account
- Speak, write and understand English perfectly
- Have a quiet room to work in
- Have a good computer
- Have a fast Internet connection

This position is not for everyone.

We will interview shortlisted candidates via Skype or Zoom.
Before the successful candidate is hired there will also be a paid test project to test your skills.
