JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for just the right person to support the operation and growth of The Social Entrepreneur Empowerment Network and Ryan Eliason's business training and coaching programs for socially conscious entrepreneurs.

Our mission is to create a compassionate, just, sustainable, spiritually awake world where everyone wins! We are building a global movement dedicated to massive planetary transformation, and to using business as the primary tool to facilitate these changes.

We are looking for an intelligent, responsible, and energetic virtual assistant who will help with customer support and marketing for an online business providing group coaching programs to socially conscious entrepreneurs.

The customer service part of the job includes replying to email questions, processing customer payments, and managing online enrollment for hundreds of participants in our group programs. Some phone calls to customers may be needed.

The marketing assistant part of the job includes providing administrative and marketing assistance to our team, including scheduling email broadcasts and social media posts, data entry, contact management, proofreading, and other administrative tasks.

Here are the requirements for this job.

You must:

--have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet

--be proficient in English

--have good writing skills in English (good spelling and grammar)

--have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly (Facebook, Hootsuite, and Wordpress are examples of platforms and we use)

--be reliable and available to complete tasks with short notice

--be able to manage your time and follow through on projects independently

--have excellent attention to detail

--have good communication skills in working on a team with others

The following are strongly preferred:

--experience with online business and marketing

--experience with 1ShoppingCart and Ontraport (Office Autopilot)
