Requirements:
· Filipino who could speak Japanese
· JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer/Level
· Open for Undergraduate, Associate and Bachelor Degree graduate
· Knowledge in ERP- SAP, Oracle, JD Ed is an advantage
· Finance experience is a plus
· Willing to work on a night shift schedule
· Amenable to work in Laguna

Responsibilities:
· Serve as coordinator between Japanese clients and Manila
· Assist team members in communicating urgent concerns to clients to provide resolutions
· Translate emails and documents
· Provide support in reporting request and give the requested information to the client and internal team
· Assist in data entry tasks when needed
