Write content I dictate

I want to create content for my website. The job is to create a frequently asked page for my website. I have the questions ready. I would like to find a virtual assistant that can capture my audio note answers about each question and type the answers provided. Then does SEO search to see if more SEO words can be added.
Over all there are 40 questions and under each question the answer can be 4-5 lines.
