Customer Service Chat support

We're looking for a customer service chat support agent for our small company!

This is a full time (40hrs pw) position with long term employment possibility.
You will be responsible for answering customer and prospective customer questions on our web chat.
You will help us document and organise our internal knowledge base to be able to train new agents in the future.
You will also have other responsibilities and tasks to give you a chance to have a variety of duties every day.

Wage: 10-12k PHP per month working full time (40hours per week).
Working hours are flexible, but preferably from 3 or 4pm onwards PH time as most our customers are in Europe, but some also in the USA.
