Job Description:
Lead manager position Is the first initial interaction potential business partners have with Fresh Start Home Services. The Lead Manager will follow up with leads by phone that come in through online marketing platforms to pre-qualify and ensure that these are the type of people that Fresh Start Home Services is looking to work with. The lead manager will be responsible for being the first relationship builder with these leads and making them feel comfortable and ready to work with Fresh Start Home Services as a potential business partner. The lead manager will be responsible for asking set questions of the leads while also taking notes and entering them into the company CRM. The Lead manager will also need to be able to set appointments in some instances.
Data Management Responsibility:
The Lead Manager will also be responsible for managing the companies CRM information between its multiple platforms. As new properties come in the lead manager will be responsible for posting pictures and property information to the company’s very easy to use web platform.
Job Details:
• Setting appointments with warm leads for our US based sales team to meet with
• Communicating and following up with leads to see when they will want to do business
• Entering data and notes into Podio CRM
• Managing data inputs inside of multiple applications
Technical requirements:
• Must have at least 10-15mbps of WIRED internet connection
• Good quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone
• Quiet Workplace
• Computer/Laptop: minimum of 4gb RAM, Windows 7-10
• Must be able to work during “Central Standard Time Zone” hours 830am – 4:30pm
Minimum requirements:

• Must have 2+ years BPO experience communicating with Americans by phone.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks through out the day.
• The ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to quickly learn online applications such as our Podio CRM, and other platforms.
• Be able to manage constant change in processes
