Very Senior (Yoda) Java and Amazon AWS developer – must like to code

We are building a CRM unlike anything out on the market, looking for people who are good at figuring out complex problems on the fly. You are a person who likes to code, old enough to be a father figure to your workers, and no ego, who is patient and happy to explain things you have no problem setting deadlines and meeting them and can delegate work to other people. We are hosting using Amazon EC2 environment so you must know your way around. We have lots of contacts 1 mil+ so you must be good at manipulating data in large databases and making it fly, its all about speed to the end user. You will be in charge of our very small team to help you build the rest of it. (Meaning another Java person, and a front end developer.)
