Preschool Solutions operates preschool franchises in the United States and devises business solutions to enhance the educational experience for children and to streamline the day-to-day operations of schools, so educators can focus on what matters most: the children.
What We Need
We are seeking a tech savvy Virtual Assistant ideally with experience in marketing, HR, and bookkeeping. Applicant must have strong communication skills and be a self-starter who is able to work
What You’ll Be Doing
Researching and organizing data
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Assisting with general HR processes
Handling ad-hoc personal requests, as needed
Creating and maintaining procedural playbook for entire job role and administrative processes
Responding to
Assessing & identifying appropriate scholarship opportunities for client
Handling resume filtering
General administrative tasks including Microsoft Office products
Assisting with special assignments/projects as necessary
