JOB OVERVIEW

Your role as our Social Media Manager will involve maintaining and growing our brand’s social media profiles and presence. The central responsibilities of this role right now will be to check and respond to notifications, perform engagement on Twitter, and to curate and schedule content to our Twitter and Facebook pages. We currently have a Facebook Group that we’re developing and so an additional upcoming responsibility will be to effectively manage and moderate this group. As a starter, you will be doing a part time role that will require you to work 20 hours per week at a rate of Php5000 per week with big possibility to make it full time depending on your performance and business need.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be responsive in communications, detail-oriented, curious, persistent, and dedicated. You will be drawing from your existing skill sets and knowledge, as well as building new proficiencies with tools that Naheyawin uses. As a core tenet of this role is the ability to produce high-quality work on a consistent basis to maintain and grow our online presence over time, you will have a focus on constantly looking for ways to improve how we do social media engagement and content curation at Naheyawin.

We’ve outlined a list of your responsibilities and activities below:
Daily management of Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts i.e. checking and responding to notifications
Daily engagement on Twitter i.e. following relevant accounts, retweeting, liking, and replying to relevant tweets
Daily monitoring and management of Facebook Group i.e. moderation including approval of membership requests
Curating and scheduling content to our Facebook page via ---------- at least every other day. You will use our existing process that involves Trello to do this.
