Graphic designers / illustrators for merchandise items

I am looking for graphic designers / illustrators for merchandise items like t-shirts, pullovers, mugs etc.

Beside high quality designs it is very important to me that you work mostly independently. I will give you themes and ideas (sometimes even examples) and you are then free to implement them and you can also contribute your own ideas.

For this mostly independent work I will pay you fair, so that you get up to $10 for each graphic. More precisely, I will pay you $1 for each graphic I consider sellable, and then $0.50 for each sale of that graphic up to $10 are reached. This way I hope to motivate you for high quality graphics.

If you feel addressed, send me some of your graphics/illustrations and tell me how many graphics you could create per week (no minimum required).

If I like your graphics, I will contact you with 2 small tasks to test your skills. If these meet my requirements and I like them, you are there and our cooperation begins, for which I will gladly pay you $5 as a welcome bonus.

I will pay at the end of each month via paypal or crypto (5% bonus), you decide.
