You need to be able to draw a digital portrait in less than hour so its beneficial for both of us (our top designers do it in 35min).

At the moment we are building the team. Preparing all the essentials so you can create the finished design faster. Is the first stages of the Project, so there is plenty to be done, but unstable. However, once this first stage is finished, there will be plenty of portraits to paint per day. We expect to finish this initial stage in 1 week.
