Sales & Marketing - Lead Generator - Beauty & Cosmetics

Essential Duties & Responsibilities;

- Conducts investigative research on identified target markets and selected channels for growth, identifying key sources for
leads within each.
- Proactively mines data to identify key companies, contacts and decision-makers that have the potential to become a client.
- Obtains contact information for those leads including name, title, company, e-mail and phone number as well as any other
relevant background information.
- Forwards leads to the appropriate team staff member.
- As directed by the responsible person, contact leads through phone and e-mail to assist with applicant screening.
- Maintains a database of contact and communication history with all ---------- ns reports as requested.
- Becomes familiar with the appropriate trade shows for the Development Team to attend and coordinates the registration and
set-up for each show.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge;

Demonstrated ability to generate leads through a variety of methods. Strong technical skills including the use of spreadsheets or databases to track work progress and the status of each lead. Ability to navigate through a variety of online search tools including search engines, LinkedIn, ---------- tail-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven with strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence others. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
