Amazon / eCommerce Bookkeeper

We are looking to add a Bookkeeper to our growing eCommerce / Amazon Business. Please respond to this Job Listing with your previous experience and if we are interested, we will be in touch.

Your duties will be to:
> Setup Xero/ QBO to support our business goals
> Setup Hubdoc to capture expenses
> Update COG
> Export Inventory Lab P/L and enter into Xero/ QBO
> Entering expenses into hubdocs
> Sorting expenses captured in hubdocs
> Track inventory weekly
> Update Restock Reports
> Track Equipment and Assets, accounting for: the purchase, taxes, depreciation and sale/disposal
> Prepare statements for: Total Income (P/L), Cashflow, KPI metrics
