We represent an African high fashion brand based in the U.S. and are looking for a part-time eCommerce and Social Media VA, to take our brand to the next level.
The main responsibilities include:
A. e-Commerce
1. Product research
2. Product description writing/editing
3. Product listing
4. Managing inventory
5. Handling order and shipping processing
6. Handling returns and exchanges
7. Set up abandonment cart
8. Install
9. Customer service
10. Website maintenance: SEO – editing products description/tagging to increase visibility
12. Create and implement strategies to increase our online sales
B. Social Media
1. Creating and updating profiles on different social media channels
2. Researching, curating, updating content on social channels
3. Schedule posts across all our social media platforms, for at least 2 posts a day
4. Like/reply to comments, from our own posts and interact with followers by liking/commenting on their posts
5. Create and send daily newsletter/email marketing
6. Create and publish a weekly blog post
7. Create daily forum/group/page posts and include link to our website/social media pages
8. Create ad campaigns, surveys, promotions and monitor the results
9. Research fashion bloggers/influencers/stylists/celebrities for collaboration
10. Create and upload videos
11. Generate and analyze weekly marketing statistics and reports
12. Creating and submitting press kits and press releases
