Experienced Laravel Developer Needed to fix MESSY Code

This will be the third time I've posted this job. I've been having trouble finding the right developer who can help me out. Either they are having a tough time with the code and cannot push through with the project, don't have enough time, have other projects to do, or had personal problems.

The budget is $50. I've had a few candidates that did not know the budget for this position and I had to reject them. I am looking for someone who is NOT looking for a high pay, but is looking for a good and fun project to work on and would like to have some experience getting involved with a startup.

I need a developer who can spare at least 3-4 hours of the day on this. I am hoping that it will take a week to fix the code. There is only a couple of files that need to be fixed up.

My project is a ---------- is a directory that helps Filipinos search for and find colleges/universities in any area of the Philippines based on the course they are interested in.

The part of the directory that is really messy is the search and filter functionality.

You will need to download and install Laravel on to your local server and replace some of the files with the files I send to you. The folders and files I have are not very organized.

Each day, you will need to tell me what part of the code you worked on. The reason for this is because I've tried out multiple developers and always have no idea what is going on. Need a developer who is a great communicator.
