We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative as a Technical Support person and a Project Manager for our team.

We want you to be an experienced, fast learner, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal and technical communication skills and excellent written/spoken English.

This job will require amazing polite written English skills - you must be able to reply to emails accurately and with excellent grammar, spelling, and correct solutions.

You must THINK, find the solution yourself to the customer’s problem accurately and then provide the solution to the customer. You MUST solve all customers' concerns and earn their trust and satisfaction.

We have most of the email responses pre-written so that it will be a few clicks of the buttons most of the time.
However, you will need to address and edit texts to make an email reply personalized with the correct solution to the customer.

So your primary job responsibilities are:
(1) Reply to all customer emails before checking out
(2) Reply to Chat/Text Messages
(3) Answer phone calls and help customers with issues or set up problems with proper solution-driven skills.
(4) Personalized Customer Service: We like to provide extremely personalized customer care curated for each customer to achieve 100% resolution every time. - If you don't think this is you, do NOT apply.

Skills Required:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent English Writing Skills
- Previous Technical Support Preferred.
- PC with Internet, headphones, and microphone, internet speed of at least 25 Mbps.
- Ability to solve technical problems related to car cameras (We will provide training)
- Must learn and understand how electronics, computer hardware, and software work. You need to think outside the box and solve all problems related to our car dash cam product.

Timing: 40-Hours/Week, 8-Hours/Day
Monday–Friday 5 Days during weekdays
Weekend – Sat & Sunday part-time or full day.
