I have an e-commerce business that sells multiple products printed by production partners (print on demand). I am looking for an enthusiastic, fun, and friendly individual to help me process my orders. I'm ideally looking for someone who wants a long-term relationship and who wants to grow together!
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers, answering questions about orders (all via
- Light design work - mainly text changes to customizable products (i.e. names on a mug, print, or stationery)
- Uploading design files to/processing orders with production partners
Required Skills/Experience:
- Adobe Illustrator (basic level) - please note you must have your own subscription to Adobe CC
- Adobe Photoshop (basic level)
- Superb skills/experience in customer service
Bonus Skills:
- Adobe InDesign
- Experience with Etsy
- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce
- Social Media Scheduling / Moderation
Must Be:
- Detail oriented
- Professional
- Excited to learn new things!
Schedule:
- About 2 hours per day Monday-Friday to start (more hours mid November - December 31);
- You choose your schedule, but your hours must fall between 8am - 6pm MST until sufficiently trained (probably around 2-3 months). After that, you can work whenever you like.
My business is growing and I have additional creative tasks for the right person.
