Video Editor Needed for Youtube & Instagram - Part Time (Experience REQUIRED)

I am looking for an experienced video editor who can do some simple and clean edits for Youtube videos, Instagram (including IGTV with captions), repurposing long-form Youtube videos, and creating audiograms.

I'm looking for someone who can be FAST, effective, and has previous experience EDITING. You must be able to add music, text, and make my videos look professional.
