JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

I'm looking for an all-around, full-time virtual assistant who can help me manage my websites. The ideal candidate should have superb writing skills as well as knowledge on managing WordPress websites. Basic SEO knowledge is also a bonus. Previous experience is required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Publish articles on WordPress. Articles are written by a team of writers so you only need to publish and optimize them. We use Thrive Architect as a drag-and-drop builder.
2. SE-Optimize new and existing articles on WordPress. We use SurferSEO as a tool and I will help you get the hang of things. The major requirement here is having great English writing skills.
3. Create basic featured images either via Pic Monkey or Canva.
4. Manage and grow our Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info accounts.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Knowledge with WordPress and it's plugins. If you barely know WordPress, please don't apply.
2. Great writing skills. Content is 80% of your job so I really need you to be a great writer.
3. Creative and thinks outside the box.
4. Comfortable with Google Sheets
5. Organized and able to commit to a routine schedule.
6. Willing to learn new skills

WORK SCHEDULE

- 9am to 5pm Philippine time.
- NO TIME TRACKER, but weekly and monthly deliverables are used as KPIs. I don't use time to measure productivity.
