JOB OVERVIEW

Looking to hire a trustworthy part-time VA progressing towards full-time after 2-3 months.

She/he must speak and write English fluently to high standards. Please do not apply otherwise. Sorry

Ideal experience will be in Wordpress Woocommerce but Shopify experience is ok too.

Must be able to communicate regularly on skype, WhatsApp or Slack, both text and voice communication for regular weekly updates.

The ideal candidate will be able to start an email marketing flow campaign setting up autoresponders and promotion email shots, update the online store, rewrite product descriptions, identify typos, grammar issues, content gaps, keep an eye on the overall content presentation of the website.

Ecommerce Management Experience required:

- Managing the online store : creation of new products, fulfillment of order via manual or an app, develop the store website content, store analysis reports, inventory management.
- Handling Queries, Chargebacks, Refunds. Order Tracking/Shipment Status, Responding to emails, Lead Research, replying to social media comments and queries (Instagram and Facebook), E-mail Handling
- Facebook product research techniques.
- Email Newsletters + Promos (Promotional Campaigns, discounts, promos)
- Email Automations/ Sequences/ Flows
- Marketing Strategy + Consulting (Email, Paid Social, Landing Pages and Site Optimization)
- Email & Template design facilitation working with graphic designer (write the word apple in your application)
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- take phone calls from customers calling in about purchase issues
- Wordpress Admin


Social Media Marketing & social media management :

* Facebook page management
* Instagram Handles management
* Linkedin & Twitter
* Youtube channel management
* Social Media Page.
* Editing, Creating and managing ad campaigns for google ads , Facebook and Instagram
* Finding bloggers and influencers, contacting them
* Instagram and other social media photos editing using Lightroom and photoshop


Administration & blogging :

- Confirming appointments
* Making power point presentations
* Working in Microsoft office (Excel, Power-point, Word, Outlook).
* Creating appealing marketing material, PDFs, brochures, etc using research and images.
* Updating CRM, Uploading to Google Drive, Dropbox, Spreadsheet
* Data entry and bookkeeping
* Blog management
* Bloggers & wordpress
* writing and posting blogs
* Image editing for blog posts


It's not a problem if you don't have skills from all three main areas above, but it's necessary you do have skills from at least two of them.
