We’re looking to build a software that does he following functions:

2 Way automated text messages (we can integrate with twilio)

Email autoresponder (intergrate with mailgun)
Calander to book appointments
CRM Built In
Landing page / sales funnel builder
CAN send documents and have them be signed electronically

Also we were looking to build on Ruby on Rails as there would be no limitations. But we’re opening to discussing.
