Cold Calling/Telemarketing Position - Real Estate

We are looking to add 2 people to our team. An ideal candidate should have the following:

-An Energetic & Self-Motivated Individual.
-Good organizational skills.-Good sales skills.
-Enjoys being on the phone.
- Knows how to Close people.
-Has good instinct.
-Persistence & doesn't give up.
- Not put off by getting "No's" from potential clients. Has persistence to keep moving forward, Is good on the phone and knows when to get aggressive, and doesn't give up.
- We are looking to bring some one in on the acquisitions team, we are willing to teach you the business.
- It will be a lot of cold calling.

Must be able to speak clear English
This is a part time position but can turn into a full time position
