What we're looking for....
Marketing Assistant
This is a full time position reporting to the COO. We are looking for a well-organized, creative problem solver to provide assistance to the Marketing department.


Job Description/Responsibilities:
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE - Updating our WordPress as needed.
BLOG MANAGEMENT – Adding and compressing images, formatting text, designing the blog post thumbnail, implementing on-page SEO best practices, scheduling and managing the blog.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT – Grow and manage our social media accounts (including but not limited to strategy, scheduling, outreach, responding to comments).
DESIGN – Designing content offers (PDFs), landing pages, graphics for social media and blog posts, etc.
CONTENT WRITING & EDITING – Video, podcast episodes, or blog posts.
WEBINAR ASSISTANCE – Assist with live and recorded webinar production.
KEYWORD RESEARCH (SEO) – Perform keyword research.
FIND GUEST POST OPPORTUNITIES – Find and pitch opportunities for guest posting and collaboration.
REPORTING - Assist with reporting on sales and marketing metrics.
MARKETING AUTOMATION – Assist with setting up campaigns and assets (lists, content, workflow, forms, etc.) in our Marketing Automation platform (SharpSpring).
DYNAMICS CRM - Keep our CRM and other databases clean, input data, search and pull reports.
OTHER - Other tasks as needed

Requirements:
College degree preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Knowledgeable of project management software and processes
Knowledge of marketing
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Requires strong verbal and written English communication, organizational skills, analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure

This position is full time, remote position but you must be available to work the hours of 9 to 5 p.m. EST.
