We are in need of UI and UX Designer to work for an offshore project:

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers
- Communicate with product managers to understand their business goals and objectives
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems; and optimize existing UI designs

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects for web and/or mobile platforms
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Knowledge of design and wireframing tools
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- can work with teams or independently
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
