Podcast Outreach Specialist

A boutique podcast booking agency is seeking a podcast outreach specialist to help our clients secure appearances on top ---------- this position, you will use your creative and strategic thinking skills to develop interview topics for our clients and pitch them to podcasters. Strong writing and communication skills are a must.

You will be responsible for:
- Identifying podcasts that might want to interview our clients
- Developing interview topics and pitch emails for our clients
- Sending out 15-20 pitch emails per month per customer
- Preparing media briefings, media kits and coverage reports for customers
- Supporting a client load of at least 3 customers
- Creating and delivering weekly client reports; track progress against established goals
