Vlog / Podcast Project Manager

I need someone who can edit my raw videos into attention grabbing content. I will have a google document and upload raw video which I need to be edited into a video for youtube and then have that video chopped up into smaller clips that can be posted onto instagram as well. There are some influencers on instagram that I want my videos to look like as a reference. Basically I just want to upload my raw content and then have edited clips for youtube, instagram and audio files for a podcast as well. Looking for someone who is good at Instagram and youtube marketing as well as good video editing skills.
