Account/Operations Manager based in downtown San Francisco(or remote) for a fast-growing international e-commerce business.

We’re looking for our next exceptional teammate to be part of the US core team based in San Francisco or remote! You will be a very important member of the company who makes sure everything is operating smoothly and is eager to join a startup at an exciting growth stage. Be prepared to move at the speed of light and to wear many hats.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage ordering, invoices with suppliers/vendors.
- Manage risk, policy, compliance with online platforms we sell on.
- Manage operations between our many teams - marketing, product research, sourcing, ordering, shipping, inventory, supply chain, customer service, marketplace policy, legal.
- Analyze sales, inventory, operations, and market data. Conduct audits. Create projections. Optimize processes.
- Building training documents, and company knowledge base.
- Perform ad hoc analyses crucial to making operational business decisions.
- Streamline existing processes and create internal team processes and systems to help with day-to-day operations. You should always ask yourself, how can we make it better?
- You will work directly with the company co-founders, particularly to learn the nuances of the various marketplaces and how we operate.

Requirement:
- 1-3 years in inventory planning, operations, supply chain management, preferably at an e-commerce company.
- Experience in Amazon Seller Central is preferred but not required.
- Previous vendor management skills & procurement management are preferred but not required.
- Competency in Excel, Word, Google Suite, SQL databases.
- Ability to work on a small, agile, and fast-growing team, and to wear many hats.
Bonus Points:
- Fluency in Chinese / Japanese / Spanish.
- Engineering / Data Analytics / Software Development background.
