Please read entire post before applying. I run a local business marketing agency that works primarily with home improvement businesses, but also a few other industries. I am looking for a very reliable, skilled person to assist me in creating/managing my client's campaigns. I need someone who has real experience managing
- Onboarding new clients - setting up their ad account, pixel, audiences, forms, etc.
- Using Canva to create social and ad images based on our templates
- Creating 3 types of ad campaigns to run for different purposes
- Split testing multiple ads
- Setting up chatbots with manychat based on my templates
- Setting up clickfunnels landing pages based on my templates
- Setting up automations in zapier for clickfunnels,
- Editing and Setting up
- Basic video editing, such as trimming, or adding backgrounds and text through video editing apps
- You may occasionally be asked to design graphics in Canva
- You may occasionally be asked to help our content writers with things like social media posts, blogs, or
- You may occasionally be asked to update pages on wordpress websites
If you do not feel that you can successfully complete these tasks, please do not apply. Here are my personal requirements for the position.
- I need a check in every day on slack detailing what you're working on that day and what you accomplished the day prior.
- We have a mandatory team meeting every Tuesday at 9am EST. We may add one more meeting during the week. These will be required.
- Checking off all tasks that are completed on Asana and commenting on tasks with updates or questions
- You need to be able to ask for access, help or resources for what you need RIGHT AWAY. If not, much time can be wasted going back and forth.
- You need to be able to communicate partially on EST. The hours are flexible, and I don't really care which hours you work, but because this is an important position, we will need to be in constant communication, especially in the first several weeks. This means that If you need anything or have questions, you reach out between 9am and 10am EST, m-f. This is a requirement.
- I need someone who can PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This is crucial. You must be able to follow my video instructions and review your own work before sending it off for review.
I am looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and is a self starter. As this is a virtual position, I need someone who simply will get the work done in a timely manner, that I do not have to check up on every day to wonder what is happening. I would love for this person to be with me long term and grow with us as the company grows. Excellent English is highly preferred, especially for writing. You must have dependable internet access, as this is a totally digital position.
