TheAnimNation is a creative 2D/3D animation company with specializations in creating original and high quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and explainer videos.



Who you are as a person
Motivated and passionate to deliver the best of what you do. You enjoy working wherever and whenever you want as long as you stick with the required working efforts to meet your deliverables in great quality. With this, you have exceptional time management skills and you are a self ---------- a nutshell, your tasks would be:
- Help estimate time needed to carry out tasks
- Drafting story-boards for the initial phase of the project (for some of the projects we’ll provide you the storyboard)
- Use assets library/create own assets (depending on the project)
- Create high quality motion graphics/character animation from the storyboards
- Manage time to meet deadlines



Your must-haves:
- Experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, and explainer video
- Expertise in working with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator
- Comfortable working with deadlines and overlapping projects
- Strong sense of timing and sequence
- Strong collaboration skills, and comfortable receiving constructive feedback
- High speed and consistent internet connection
- Have a computer or laptop that can handle lots of design and animation work


Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge in 3D animation
- Creativity
- Experience in script writing




What you’ll get
- Monthly salary of 30,000 php

- Flexible schedule to allow for an optimum work-life balance
- It is for a full time job of 40 hours per week but you’ll have complete autonomy of your time. We're fully remote, so you’re free to work whatever hours you want (as long as some overlap with our work hours for some update calls). Again, we care more about the results


We intend to enter into a long term collaboration. We could have a 3-months trial and should our collaboration work for both sides, we could continue working together with a salary of 35,000 php.
