T-Shirt Designer for MBA

Hello,

We are an Irish based, T-shirt seller and we work on Merch by Amazon.
As we are looking to ramp up our business we are seeking a full time tshirt designer to join our young and creative team.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
- Full time designer (40 hours / week) for a long business relationship
- Master in Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge in Trademark/Copyright i.e. no designers that steal the graphics or violate copyright and trademark.
- No Google stolen designs or vectors. Violations of the above points will lead to notification and termination.
- Google Drive (for the workspace)
- Responsibility
- Good English Communication
- Willing to do a test design (this will be paid for if it has the standards I am looking for)

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:
- Fixed Monthly Salary of $400/month with scope to increase that over time if we are satisfied with your level of work
- Long business relationship
- Easy communication via Skype, Slack, Google Drive

As we only want the best designers out there for our business - we will do a little competition for this job.

If you made it to the next round we will send you a link or idea of a t-shirt, you will have to create that idea (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be given).
