Mechanical Desing Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design HVAC layout for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Prepare HVC drawings mechanical Title 24 calculations and equipment specifications for city for city building permit submittal.
• Respond to city plan check comments and construction administration items as they arise
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architect, structural, civil and electrical
engineers)

REQUIREMENTS
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum five years of engineering design
• Knowledge and experience and experience in the application of US standards is advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Deep working knowledge in REVIT and AUTOCAD
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
