Video Editor for a new Youtube Channel

Hello,

We are looking for a full time Video Editor/Thumbnail Creator for a new YouTube Channel.

Your role will include:

- Read the script files for each video to create
- Create a youtube video for each script (You will have access to multiple websites with stock footages)
- Create a Thumbnail for each video (We need you to know how to use photoshop or any other software to edit images)

For your skills and qualifications, you must:

- Pay attention to the details
- Fast learner
- Able to work without much management
- Great time management skills
- Have experience using Photoshop, Adobe Premiere or After Effect
- Understand the importance of a good thumbnail
- Be ready to learn and improve your skills in order to improve the quality of the videos uploaded on the channel

The goal is to be able to create at least 1 video per day (2 would be better),
we have tools to make things faster but we need you to have previews experience in video editing.

Preferably, we are looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to create a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

Starting pay for this position is $250 per month, we will increase this amount when the profitability on the youtube channel will be reached
(it can be done in 1 or 2 month of work, that's another reason for you to create good content because it will increase your incomes).
