Cost Engineer

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed - Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

- Required skill(s): AutoCad.

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in COSTING FOR SITE AND SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT.

- Applicants must be willing to work in N. Domingo Brgy. Valencia Q. C.

- Willing to do project site visits.

- Responsible in gathering and analyzing data and provide accurate cost estimation in any given proposal or operational projects.

- Monitor relevant costs and provide correct and detailed cost reports to the project management team.

- Monitor project deliveralbe of planned (budget) vs actual construction.

- Provide cost controlling of any given projects/tasks.

- Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor cost
Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed on the project.
