English (and if Italian too is better) - va - customer support management - e-mail

You will have to carry out various activities, but my goal is to have a good virtual assistant who has a good knowledge of English, and even better than Italian.

Among the main activities I will request, there will be these:

- customer support management via live chat
- email management
- any translations

I'm launching a new project and I'm having fun and it requires about 15 hours a week.

Hours can be managed freely (for the first 1 or 2 months).
