Social media platforms act as an engaging space for us to interact with our customers and help resolve any questions or queries they have. Social media is the front line of every business so maintaining a positive and strong presence will enable us to get new customers and retain old ones and to ultimately achieve our vision.

WORK LISTING:
- Respond to every single comment on our Facebook Ads and posts that comes into each FB page accounts for all our stores.
- Respond to reviews and comments that are both negative and positive.
- Ban spammers from our page
- Block competitors from entering their store links and URL
- Resolve simple issues that are within the scope of social media role, other support issues must be directed to customer support.
- Share and Post 1-2 relevant/interesting/contents to the FB page daily
- Escalation of any potential issues or bottlenecks to senior management
