JOB OVERVIEW

We are a mens jewelry online business looking for a customer service consultant who has perfect English, understands the importance of the language of a company and following through with it.

Previous e-mail Customer Service Experience Essential.
Be able to understand the problems and search for solutions.

Previous experience working on the following Sales Platforms is preferred but not essential:

Previous experience working with the following marketing, program and application systems is preferred but not essential:

• Monday
• Trunk inventory

• instagram
• mailchimp
• klaviyo
• Adobe photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator


The role and your responsibilities will be…

- Managing multiple email accounts: answering emails regarding products and order processing and shipping. This is done in a timely manner, anything that doesn’t to your manager
- Looking up details on orders and looking for answers through the shipping
services and application systems to give accurate responses.
- Responding to general enquiry emails
- Responding to FAQ enquiry emails
- Entering orders from multiple selling platforms into Monday for processing
- Data entry
- Online research for photoshoots and instagram inspiration
- Some social media scheduling
- Possible EDM creation and development and scheduling
