Operations Manager - Managerial Virtual & Personal Assistant - 20-30hrs/wk - 250PHP/hr

We are a disrupter in the pool safety and compliance industry in Sydney Australia. We are the only company to provide the first inspection free to all our clients and are a leader in the industry.

Due to growth, I am looking for someone with managerial experience as well as exceptional capabilities to follow processes, complete tasks and ensure the running of the business and its 3 staff are running as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Must be excellent with Microsoft word, excel, mail, google documents, CRM management, time management, handling and overseeing staff.

The role will entail around 20 - 25 hours per week depending on the weekly workload of the business.

Looking for an Operations Manager

Working with two Phillipinos and myself to streamline processes while making sure more is getting done & reporting directly to me to ensure:

Routing & scheduling of inspections are coordinated and updated regularly
All clients receiving top service with speed of implementation
Finding sources of pool shops, real estates and convayncers to add to the database
Taking on excess work from administrative tasks. Reports, accounts, emails, communications
Executive Support & Office Management
Project Management & Coordination, Bookkeeping, Human Resources, Procurement/Purchasing, Logistics, Process Improvement, and Customer service
The successful candidate must be proactive, show initiative and be extremely resourceful. You will aim and drive to produce fantastic results to continue to grow the business.

The role will be the oversight of the staff, helping with tasks where needed, responsible for implementing new systems to help streamline the business and essentially help take some of the work from the upper management.

You will be working from 10am AEST to 3pm AEST. You will be paid weekly with monthly bonuses and target bonuses attached for performance.
