Outbound Real Estate Telemarketer

I am looking for an individual to perform outbound calls for real estate appointment setting and records keeping.

You will be provided a list of people who are responsible for an estate. This list will have phone numbers, names and addresses associated. The list will be between 50 to 100 contacts with up to 3 numbers per lead.

I have a script and will work with you concerning further details. This is a part-time job and should only take 2hrs per week.

The list will grow and you will be responsible for maintaining the list and keeping records up to date.

The second part of your job will be records collection, which will involve obtaining new leads, reviewing records and adding to the list.

I will assist in this process as well.

Great mastery of the english language is a must. You will not be selling anything so the calls will be very casual.
