Ecommerce Brand Manager

Mandatory Experience and Skills – This is not an entry level position - we are looking for experienced applicants only. 1+ years Project Management, preferably in ecommerce, Strong Microsoft Excel / google sheets skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Integrity, Dependability and Kindness, Able to take direction, An excellent communicator, Solid organizational skills

Helpful Experience and Skills – Logistics, E-commerce marketing or sales, advertising or graphic design, Mandarian language, selling on Amazon, Walmart or Etsy marketplaces

Overall Duties – Brand management of an existing nursery décor line of products – leverage existing tools & resources to profitably grow brand.

Location – The business is based in TN (USA) but this position is ---------- e expectations #1 below for more.

Key Tasks (completing personally)
1. Logistics and ordering
2. Forecasting
3. Cross-listing on other channels
4. Reporting
5. Overall product tracking

Secondary Tasks (responsible for coordinating completion of by others)
1. Identify new products to add to the brand
2. Listing creation
3. Marketing / Sales Copy
4. Setting up advertising campaigns

Expectations
1. Hours 40 hrs / week total M-F. First three months are training and will be expected to be available during 9-5 CST for discussion/skype sessions/help. After training period, hours worked are flexible with at least 2 hours per day overlap with CST. for discussion and meeting.
2. Must work smart – focus on high value tasks, understand your internal cost, and use contract labor when appropriate
3. Must strive to be independent problem solver
4. Process oriented – tasks should constantly be inspected for ways to improve efficiency
