-the assistant will visit a particular website (free and open to the public website ) indicated by the hirer
-there are monthly list of PDF files
-he will work on the list for particular month
-open the first PDF file on the list
-copy the text of the PDF file (use the COMMANDS "select all" and "copy" )
-open an empty WORD 2003 file
-paste the text on the empty file (using the COMMAND "paste")
-save the file and naming it 01 (using the COMMAND "save")
-repeat the above tasks for the next file on the list , naming 02
-repeat the above tasks for the next file ….. and so on
-until it is done for all files on the monthly list
-When all WORD files are finished
-Check that the number of PDF files listed = the number of WORD files created
-The assistant should email all the separate WORD files to the hirer

-Once the hirer is certain that the quality of the word is OK
-Similar assignments will be given to the same person
