Position Contract: style='mso-spacerun:yes'> Customer Service Manager



 



DUTIES:





  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Process subscription cancellations

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Refund customers after approval by Manager

  • Process
    faxed orders

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Import database lists into database

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Run de-duplicate Weekly

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Handle general customer questions/issues


  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Setup GoToWebinars with correct theme, date,
    time, headline, description

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Send Broadcast Emails as requested

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Create email templates within database using Word
    doc as guide

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Create follow up sequences within database

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Create optin webforms and post to site

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Create order forms and link from site


  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Post articles/videos to WordPress Blog and
    protect them appropriately

  • style='font-size:11.0pt'>Post comments/posts to various social networking
    sites



style='font-size:11.0pt'>REQUIREMENTS:




  • Experience – must demonstrate experience in emailing, Microsoft
    Word, Excel, blogging, WordPress experience

  • Personal Computer – must have a very reliable computer with
    up-to-date anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc. Larger screen is recommended but
    not required. All passwords must be stored using our secure password
    solution which you will have access to from within your internet browser.


  • Use BaseCamp to mark done assignments for larger projects

  • Track all time and progress
