Responsibilities:
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Demonstrate the vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features;taking test drives;comparing and contrasting competitive models;explaining warranties and services
• Prospect daily for potential customers;maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers
• Learn to overcome objections;ask for the sale;negotiate price;complete sales or purchase agreement
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• At least (1) year sales experience in any consumer product, no automotive experience necessary
• Superior customer service skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome


• Male/Female; not more than 35 years old.
• Should be presentable & personable.
• College graduate of any 4-year course, with atleast 6 months of Sales experience.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Candidates should have excellent command of the English language.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Pasig/Shaw areas.
• Should have strong customer handling skills.
