HR STAFF
• Employees will have a chance to conduct Interview for both local and foreign applicants
• Facilitates On-boarding Training and Orientation
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in different facets of HR
• Provides disciplinary actions to employees who made a violation on company's rules and regulations
• Creates and updates 201 File or employee database.
• Monitors performance of all new hirees by conducting monthly HR Meeting and issuing performance appraisal
• Responds to queries and request in HR Helpdesk.
• Provides assistance in employee engagement program, labor relations and benefits administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management Courses or equivalent
• Required skill(s): good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
