Cold Call Specialist/ Lead Generator

We’re looking for a Lead Generator who will make outbound cold calls to potential customers to share information about our company, Little Pink Houses of Edmonton. These calls will focus on explaining the benefits of our Executive Lease Purchase Program and getting potential sellers to agree to an in-house appointment. We are looking for candidates who will be able persuade potential customers, close sales, and quickly move on to the next sale. Lead Generators will track and record calls, and represent our company in a professional manner. We are currently looking for a freelancer but if the quality of work is high we would consider part time or even full time employment.

Lead Generator Duties and Responsibilities:

? Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
? Sharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scripts
? Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
? Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
? Setting Appointments and/or Closing Sales
? Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
? Collecting and updating call information to our CRM
? Answering customer complaints and doubts with solid information

Lead Generator Requirements and Qualifications:

? Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
? Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
? Persuasive and goal-oriented
? Possesses an energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
? Self-motivated and self-directed
? Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
? In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
? Customer focused to gain sales
? Responsive to customer issues
? High school degree or equivalent
? Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred
? Excellent analytical and time-management skills
? Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
? Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close (Willingness to learn)
? Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
? Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
? Able to pass a criminal background check

Compensation

? Salary or wage will be determined during the interview. We do offer bonus compensation when qualified leads result in closings.
